Valerian Root is known for its sedative and anxiolytic effects – perfect if you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation whilst tripping. Valerian has long been used in traditional medicine to treat a myriad of mental and physical ailments.

Valerian Root – 500mg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)- 500mg
Caution:
Valerian Root produces central nervous system depression. It should not be ingested coincidentally with other depressants, such as alcohol, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, kava, opiates, or antihistamines.
